In 2016 Petersen Specialty partnered with Bradford Publishing Company to begin manufacturing Bradford's time tested LLC and Corporate Kits.  When you place your order with us you'll be receiving the same quality products and forms that you've come to know and trust.  You can choose the Basic Kit with blank certificates or the Custom Kit which includes imprinted stock certificates and a corporate seal.  We continue to use Bradford Publishing Company's LLC Operating Agreement or preprinted Minutes and Bylaws which may be added to either kit.  The Minutes and Bylaws section also includes:
