The hole size at the top of the tag is 1/8" diameter and measures 3/16" from the edge of the tag to the hole center. Generally used to label control boxes/panels, breaker boxes, machine equipment, locker tags, key tags and for other identification uses. Durable enough to use indoors and outdoors.
