Return Request Form

  • We offer a limited warranty which covers defects in components, materials, and workmanship for all the products Petersen Specialty Co. manufactures.

    Damage caused by consumer such as using incorrect refill ink, modifying, or otherwise altering the product is excluded from this warranty.

    WHAT WE WILL DO: 

    We will either repair or replace the product and under certain circumstances, we will consider a full or partial refund. We may require inspection of the product, either electronically (photo or video) or in some instances, we may request the product be returned to us for determination on how to proceed.

    Petersen Specialty Co. shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

  • Return Policy 

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
    • Ink refill bottles and stamp pads must be returned unopened and unused.
    • We will not accept returns for custom orders that were approved through a proofing process, unless the product is damaged or lost by the shipping carrier.
    • Any orders lost by shipping carriers will be replaced at no charge to the customer
